~ Each game will consist of (2) 15 minute halves with a running clock. Clock will only stop in the final minute of each half. Exception: The clock will not stop in the second half if one team leads by more than 10 points.
~ A coin flip before the game begins will determine which basket you shoot at during the 2nd half. Note: this means you may be going away from your bench in the 2nd half.
~ Each game will be officiated by one ref.
~ Players will get 3 fouls per half. After 3 fouls the player will have to sit for the rest of that half. But a player who fouls out in the first half is available to play in the 2nd half. All players start the second half with zero fouls regardless of how many they had in the first half.
~ All fouls with less than 2 minutes left in the game will be 1 and 1 regardless of the number of team fouls.
~ Coaches will get 1 timeout in the 1st half and 2 timeouts in the 2nd half.
~ Substitutions can be made during any dead ball.
~ Tiebreaker for Standings and Playoff Seeding. The first tie breaker will be head to head results between the two teams. The second tie breaker will be point differential in head to head match ups. For ties involving 3 or more teams, where head to head won’t work, total season points scored will be used.
~Overtime rules: A two minute running clock overtime will be played. After time runs out, if the score is still tied, the next basket will win the game. A 25 second shot clock will be used in overtime.
~ If the temperature is especially high on any weekend, additional water breaks will be added throughout the game.
